Ch. Lon-Du Rhythm of the Night
This is my sweet little chocolate "CHIP." Got him from
Arlon after the June NCIPC show in 2008 where I showed him for Arlon.
Chip finished his championship in October 2009.

Teri (Prima SageTeddy Teri) finished in late summer 2008

Bred by Rachel Braxton and given to me by Eugene Hinson, here is Sage.
 | Shown in Omaha, 11/04, she won 2 points. |
 | Shown at NCIPC in January 2005, she had fun. |
 | Shown in Mason City in April 2005, she didn't walk. |
 | Sage eventually finished her championship, had two litters ( Tommy
and Teri sired by My Teddy) and Sugar (sired by Arlon's Sylvester).
She's now a grandma, Teri having had her first
litter born 11/11/2008. |

This is Simone, 3rd and last daughter of Helen. I put the singles on her then
in April '04, sent her to Gene in SC. He put the majors on her in very short
order and sent her back to me bred to Chaser. On 3/9/05, Simone presented me with 2
little Chaserettes. I am happy to report that Simone has
broken with her maternal family history...she's a wonderful little mama!

Geni is a 6th generation Prima
Pekingese
bitch and is a great granddaughter of the last Pekingese to win "the
Garden" the great 1990 Westminster Best in Show winner, Wendessa Crown
Prince and my precious Prima Solmar Kate Smith. We took these pictures of Geni with our camcorder. Then we made these stills out of
the video with a little contraption called Dazzle. Works pretty good, don't you
think?

Summer Storm, Stormy is the sire of Eugenia. He was bred by my
friend, Eugene G. Hinson, III from SC. Gene was so gracious to give me
Stormy. He was a delightful dog. I sent Storm
out to Gene to use on some of his bitches in 2002. Stormy sired four litters out
there.
We decided it was best to let Stormy stay with Gene back in his birth place. He
lived there till his death in 2004. Check out Gene's web page: CooDeeFoo

R and R Happy Helen was an awful mama to her first "lit," Eugenia, producing
no milk and refusing to have anything to do with her. On her second breeding,
Helen again produced a single female, Ursula. Things went a bit better this time
because Helen did have plenty of milk. However, Helen still didn't take care of
the puppy and we had to keep them separated except at nursing
time. Helen's third and last litter, born 8-29-03, was sired by Arlon's
Gold Dream. She had a boy and a girl this time (Candide and Simone) and took care of them only
marginally better than last time.
Helen contracted pyometra during one of her heat cycles. She was in
good physical condition and I caught it early so I decided to try to treat
her. I hated giving her intermuscular shots but I did it and she responded well to the
treatment. She recovered and as I related, she gave me three
litters...well, two "lits" and one litter.

Dee Black Samson, my only BISS/BISA dog. He was bred by my friend, Arlon Duit
from IA. Samson died of a stroke or perhaps a heart attach in my arms in the comfort of his home two weeks before his
13th birthday in 1998.. |

Fabulous Solo was my first homebred champion. It's a special thrill to win with
one of your own. He had a number of group placements though no 1st. I had him
put down on his 14th birthday in 1997. Up until his last few months he was a loving,
happy dog. |

Here's a very young Katie
(Solo's daughter) placing in the group at our local Sioux Empire Kennel Club.
She died one day short of her 13th birthday in 1994. |
